In accordance with what is established in the Spanish Constitutional Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, regarding the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, “LOPD”) we inform you that all the personal data you have provided on the forms included on this site will be stored and processed in the registers owned by Alquileres Directos SL for the purpose of attending your request or query, or providing you with the information you require in regard to property, as well as keeping you informed, even by email, of the commercial issues regarding the activity carried out by the company and its services.

We need to know all the data we ask for on this Website in order to be able to provide the maximum service that is available to the User. If we do not have this data, Alquileres Directos is unable to guarantee the information will be provided, it will be offered in a correct manner, or that it will adapt to the User’s needs.

Likewise, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition stated in the LOPD by either sending a written letter addressed to Alquileres Directos SL, C/ Joaquim Molins, 5-7 6ª plta 08028, Barcelona; or by sending an email to info@alquileresdirectos.com. In both cases, a copy of your ID card, passport or any other valid document that proves your identity must be enclosed or attached.
